Paula Kopp and I just hung the photos for my opening tomorrow night. After seeing most of these images exclusively on a computer screen for so long, each successive phase of getting ready this show has been a thrill: looking at the big-ish prints my friend Scott made for me, picking up the framed photos today, and now seeing the finished work up on the wall of Paula’s store.
The opening is August 14 as part of Art Up, the monthly art walk in the Phinney-Greenwood business district. It runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at Strut, 7511 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA, 98103. Everyone is welcome. My photos will stay up until September 10.
